CARPET CLEANING
Most wall to wall carpets are cleaned using the Hot Water Extraction Method. This is
the most effective cleaning method and is recommended by most major carpet
manufacturers. However, all of our technicians are trained in all of the various
methods of cleaning carpet. Dolbier Floor Care is an IICRC certified firm.

IN-PLANT CLEANING
To accommodate our clients with valuable specialty and Oriental Rugs, we opened
our in-plant rug cleaning facility in 1997. At our climate controlled plant, we
thoroughly dust your fine rugs and clean them. We use the most thorough
techniques and equipment available. All of our technicians are thoroughly trained
and certified in order to assure you of the quality that we, and you, demand.

UPHOLSTERY CLEANING
Most fabrics lend themselves to cleaning with hot water readily and may be cleaned
in your home. However, more delicate or fine fabrics require special care and must
be cleaned in a controlled environment. Those items may be cleaned at our cleaning
facility.

WATER DAMAGE RESTORATION
After a flood due to water intrusion from outside or a burst or leaky pipe, it is of the
utmost importance to dry the entire structure completely in order to avoid very
costly or even dangerous mold damage. We follow the structural drying methods
outlined in the IICRC S-500 Standards and Reference Guide. We are more than happy
to work with insurance adjustor's on your claims. Our technicians are fully trained
and certified by the IICRC as Master, Journeyman, or Water Damage Restorers.

MOLD REMEDIATION
For those customers who have a problem with mold contamination we offer
services that include Mold assessments and remediation. Ric Dolbier is certified by
the INDOOR AIR QUALITY ASSOCIATION as a mold remediator. Dan Stewart is a
certified mold inspector and assessor by the ENVIRONMENTAL SOLUTIONS
ASSOCIATION. All mold remediation procedures are done according to the New York
State guidelines, adapted to fit individual situations.
