Dan Stewart

Dolbier Floor Care and Restoration is now in its third generation of family operation. The company was begun in 1978 by Bill Dolbier with one portable cleaning unit and a great vision. Dan Stewart is the third generation to run and operate the company.

Kaylee Leihbacher - Clerical

Kaylee has been with Dolbier since March of 2022. Kaylee moved to the Boone area when she was 24 years old. Kaylee grew up in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

Derrick Bond

Derrick has been with Dolbier since May of 2013. He specializes in carpet cleaning but also works with our water and mold mitigation teams. Derrick grew up in Pinehurst NC and attended N. Moore High School.

Kelly Wiggins - Office Manager

Kelly started with Dolbier in September of 2019 after moving to Boone. She graduated in January of 2016 with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Kelly worked as a Director of Public Safety and as an Advance EMT before moving to Boone from Ahoskie, NC.

Thomas Gokey - Job Manager

Thomas started with Dolbier in August of 2017 after moving to Boone. Thomas has worked many years in the restoration and carpet cleaning business before coming to Dolbier. Thomas grew up in Vermont and later Tennessee.

Cameron Taylor - Project Manager

Cameron has been with the Dolbier team since January of 2013. Cameron works as both a project manager and estimator. Cameron grew up all over North Carolina and finally settle in Boone when he was 18 years old.

Jerry Setzer - Estimator

Jerry has been with Dolbier restoration since August of 2012. Jerry has been in the restoration business for over 10 years. Jerry specializes in fire and smoke remediation. Jerry is our estimator for most of our jobs. Jerry resides in Hickory, NC.

Dale Ellis - Oriental Rug Specialist

Dale has been with Dolbier since September of 2003 and been instrumental in the growth of the business over the years. When it comes to knowledge of expensive rugs and the carpet in your home and the correct way to clean and care for these rugs, Dale is our in house expert.

Rick Doty - General Contractor

Rick grew up in Cheraw SC. He graduated from Appalachian State and has been a general contractor in Boone for the past 25 years. Rick heads up the repair division for Dolbier Restoration. Rick loves to play golf in his spare time.

Lisa Doty

I graduated from the Univesity of Colorado - Boulder in 1992 with a BS in Journalism / Public Relations. I worked for the Georgia Department of Natural Resources, Wildlife Resources Division as the Public Affairs Director for ten years until I moved to Boone in 2007. I worked as the Recyling Manager for Watauga County from September 2007 until July 2014 when I came to work for Dolbier Disaster Restoration.

Jason Miller - Repair Estimator

Jason is a life long resident of Watauga county. He graduated from Watauga High School in 2001. He attended Appalachian State with a degree in Communications and Advertising.

Our founder - Bill Dolbier
